I was recommended by a friend to see Carly as, she said she won't go to anyone else for her treatments. I emailed Carly and booked a consultation very easily. The treatment room is lovely, very chic, clean and relaxing. On meeting Carly, she was friendly, welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. We chatted thoroughly about various treatments that may suit me. We also discussed a new skin regime now that I'm 50 and was looking to seriously invest in my skin. I had absolutely no pressure to buy or book anything during our consultation. As promised, Carly emailed lots of information about the various treatments we had discussed. I booked for Botox - again very easily and with lots of choice for appointments. On attending the appointment, Carly was extremely professional in letting me know what was going to happen and gave options as to what I wanted from the treatment. The treatment was quick and painless 🙂 Carly was excellent and made it clear that I could contact her if I had any concerns or questions. I'm looking forward to seeing the results and have booked a further treatment as, I was so impressed by Carly.

The clinic is extremely clean and relaxing, and Nurse Carly is so knowledgeable and friendly and really puts you at ease. During my initial consultation Carly really took the time to listen to my concerns and to what I was hoping to achieve. Carly then made suggestions on skincare and treatments with absolutely no pressure. The procedures that I went on to have, were carried out with care and Carly talked me through the process from start to finish so that I knew exactly what to expect. I have been very happy with the outcomes and have already booked my next appointment.
